After moving to Austin nearly a decade ago from a military family that relocated frequently, Kay decided to keep up the momentum starting a new chapter moving to the “big city” solo. Since then Kay has lived in 8 (That’s 28 moves to date) zip codes centrally starting out south, then east, north & now west Austin! Getting to know the ins & outs of the variety our city has to offer gave Kay the motivation to pursue her interest in mixing business with her marketing background to serve the community with relocation expertise first hand. Starting out in property management was a starting point learning how to work with tenant clients as well as landlords looking to make cash flow on their investment properties in high volume. Since then Kay has accumulated a skillset working on luxury projects with high level team’s, acting as a Buyer’s Agent & continuing to grow her passion of creative advertising. Since Kay understands that no matter how many times you move, it’s always just as stressful – she seeks to remove the hassle so that her clients can enjoy the transition & new chapter in their lives as much as possible! Kay lives in Westlake Hills with her husband & they are excited to be starting a family of their own while enjoying their time yachting on Lake Travis as much as possible.
