Dave, a native Texan, has been an active licensed realtor for 31 years and specializes in high end luxury Buyer and Seller representation, as well as luxury spec home construction investments. Having completed more than 700 transactions including residential, lot, land, and multi family real estate there is no lack of experience here! Dave also specializes in procuring, entitling, and rezoning land in both urban and rural settings.

Dave attended and graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson with a Bachelor of Arts Degree & worked as a Realtor for 18 years in Scottsdale, Arizona before moving home to Texas in 2010.

You can find David enjoying his avid love for golf or traveling in his free time. He also enjoys cooking and taking advantage of the wealth of fine dining in Dallas, along with collecting red wine. He has been happily married for 23 years and has three amazing children as well as 3 grandchildren.
